Welcome bags

The Madison Newcomers have a wonderful opportunity for our shoreline business owners! We are looking for shoreline businesses to contribute promotional items to be included in the bags!

You can provide us with a flyer, coupon, menu, goodies - whatever you think will draw people to your business! Your promo item will be added to our Newcomers Welcome Bag with a collection of our favorite local businesses and hand-delivered with a smile to our new neighbors! This is a great chance to get in front of the newest members of our community - to help welcome them and show them what great local businesses we have to offer! People moving to a new area are looking for recommendations - for home improvements, shopping, restaurants, child care, activities, self-care services - everything! The quest to find all of these things in a new town can be overwhelming. We feel that our Newcomers Welcome Bags are a fun and friendly way to provide information that people are looking for and help them feel at home.

Our advertising pricing structure is listed below. All proceeds go directly toward the Madison Newcomers mission to actively help new-to-town residents become acquainted with one another while simultaneously focusing on the civics and social welfare of our community - as well as our scholarship fund.

The Welcoming Committee - $250 to contribute up to one paper item and one swag item to our Welcome Bags

Bronze Anchor Sponsorship - $425 to contribute up to one paper item and one swag item to our Welcome Bags, your name on our website, and Bronze Level Sponsorship for our Touch A Truck event in the spring of 2024 - which includes: Truck sponsorship at event (including sign with company name), and name recognition on event website.

Silver Anchor Sponsorship - $640 for unlimited contributions to our Welcome Bags, advertisement/promotion in our monthly newsletter and our social media, your logo on our website, and Silver Level Sponsorship for our Touch A Truck event in the spring of 2024 - which includes: Truck sponsorship at event (including sign with company name), name recognition on event website with company logo, inclusion of marketing materials in gift bag provided to attendees, and an opportunity to display materials at event.

Gold Anchor Sponsorship - $1025 for unlimited contributions to our Welcome Bags, advertisement/promotion in our monthly newsletter and our social media, your logo on our website, and Gold Level Sponsorship for our Touch A Truck event in the spring of 2023 - which includes: Truck sponsorship at event (including sign with company name), recognition of gold level sponsorship on event website and marketing materials, recognition of gold level sponsorship on gift bag provided to attendees, inclusion of marketing materials in gift bag provided to attendees, and an opportunity to display materials at event.

*In addition to the above-listed sponsorship opportunities, we are always looking for donations from local businesses to raffle off at our general meetings each month.
