ways and means co-chair
Originally from Puerto Rico and New York, my husband and I are thrilled to have found our "forever home" here in Madison, CT. We have two little girls, 1.5 and 3.5, and since we moved here in April 2019, we have loved our first summer, enjoying the farmers market, days at the beach (Hammo and Surf Club), and all the activities this area has to offer. Introduced by a friend to MNC, I was thrilled to join the board to help plan events, and also to plan the monthly Family Socials. My husband and I moved to CT from living (pre-kids) in Denver, CO where I practiced immigration lawyer and he was an engineer. Since moving to CT, we have both left those professions to work for ourselves. I founded Sandy Paws Positive Dog Training to help families along the CT shoreline train their puppies and family dogs, and my husband owns Freedym, a company helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses. We feel grateful to join such a great group of people and look forward to helping organize events for our members and their families!
