Helps at our new member wine socials, new members’ coffee, helps at the welcome table at monthly meetings, and is in charge of recruiting and new member follow-up.

Makes our general meetings fun by helping to plan the programs, finalizing meeting details, and helping to make the meetings run smoothly.
PUBLICITY COMMITTEE- Jessica LaVigne
This committee is integral in getting the word out to our community through various media about all the exciting things our club is doing.
SUNSHINE CLUB COMMITTEE- Marie Leonte
Helps by bringing meals to members who have had a birth or serious illness in their family. Sign up to cook and/or deliver a meal. Chairperson is responsible for coordinating between family and volunteers.
CIVICS COMMITTEE- Individual Project Coordinators
The Civic Committee plans events for the benefit of community. Traditionally, Madison Newcomers have helped at the Bauer Park Harvest Festival in October, partnered with Madison Community Services in November, December and April to help with food baskets for the needy in Madison. In December we organize a holiday party for the residents of the Watrous House, and help at the town Tree Lighting ceremony. In July Newcomers participates in the town wide Green Up Clean Up and marches in the Fourth of July parade.
