Book Clubs
We know there are still some ladies out there looking for a new book club! While there
are several book clubs within Newcomers, some are at full capacity already. The
following two book clubs are still looking for more members:
Every Other Month Lite Classics – Read the classics you never got around to in high
school. Members will decide which books to read – nothing too long or heavy, we
promise! This group will meet on a Mon or Thurs or Fri night, depending on members’
preference. Please contact Astrid Bernard at acbernard@sbcglobal.net to sign on.
New – Sandy Quinn has agreed to take on the challenge of forming a brand new group –
so come join her and help her come up with a catchy name for this book club! They plan
to read popular, current books that the members will decide on. She is planning on a first
meeting on Tues., Nov. 6th – so please contact her asap. The group will most likely meet
on the first Tues. of every month.
